A lawsuit was filed on Wednesday in Washington County Circuit Court alleging assault and battery by two Hagerstown police officers against a minor. The suit alleges that one of the officers at the scene held a gun to the minors head. The officers who have not yet been identified responded to a fight in the city of Hagerstown, Maryland.

According to reports the officers showed up after the fight was over. The officers proceeded to search the neighborhood before knocking on the door of an apartment. The officers proceeded to arrest the minor claiming the arrest was for an assault with a deadly weapon (knife).

The lawsuit alleged that one of the officers pointed a gun at the minors uncle while the other officer searched the apartment. The lawsuit alleges that the minor was directly effected by the incident.
