Attorney Submitting Case Documents Online

LawLeaf greatly appreciates those attorneys that continue to refer clients to our company. Part of our commitment to those attorneys who refer their clients to LawLeaf is to work in a professional and judicious manner. We are very cognizant of the attorney’s time and we do our best to streamline our processes keeping both the client and attorney out of the initial phase.

LawLeaf will begin developing an attorney center which will provide information on the necessary documentation needed to process an application. We believe this will help speed up the application process for our clients. The center will provide the information needed so an attorney can submit documentation without having to initially speak with a representative. At LawLeaf we are very interested in making this process as smooth as possible. We will give the attorney the ability to print out the request form and fax it over along with the requested documentation.

Part of our process is requesting specific documentation that is reviewed by an underwriter. This documentation is used to evaluate a request and determine whether the client will receive an advance against their lawsuit. When a plaintiff decides to secure lawsuit funding they may speak with their attorney prior to the application process or just apply with LawLeaf over the phone or through our online form. Regardless of how we receive the application we will need to contact the attorney to request the documentation needed for funding. While the company does a great job in immediately obtaining case documents from an attorney, we also believe those attorneys searching for lawsuit funding for their clients would like to directly submit the case without an initial conversation.

At LawLeaf we understand that an attorney may have previous obligations and as a result may be out of the office for an extended period of time. In this case LawLeaf can work directly with a partner, paralegal or secretary of the firm. In fact it is very common for LawLeaf to work directly with someone else on staff during the initial stage of the process.

By implementing this new center LawLeaf can greatly reduce the amount of time it takes to get an approval. Once an attorney provides LawLeaf with the requested documentation it is very likely we can get an approval the same day the information is provided.

If you are an attorney and searching for a lawsuit funding source for your client, begin by contacting LawLeaf today.
