A lawsuit was filed on Wednesday in Washington County Circuit Court alleging assault and battery by two Hagerstown police officers against a minor. The suit alleges that one of the officers at the scene held a gun to the minors head. The officers who have not yet been identified responded to a fight in the city of Hagerstown, Maryland.

Michigan Assault & Battery

A jury in Michigan has convicted two people on assault & battery charges in Macomb County, MI. The jury convicted Jemall Davidson and Steven Lincoln of Clinton Township. Davidson, a 16 year old male was convicted of a felony assault with intent to bodily injury. Lincoln was convicted on a misdemeanor which is a lesser charge. Lincoln was charged with an assault & battery.

Davidson & Lincoln were facing charges of assult with an intent to murder.

The victim a 30 year old male from Plymouth man suffered a serious head injury due to the assault & battery.
