Eligible For Workers Compensation Funding
A group of clients were approved for lawsuit funding for workers compensation cases. Unlike other types of pre settlement funding, worker compensation claims are only allowed in certain states. If the plaintiff is qualified they may receive an advance within 24 hours of being approved.
