I, being the Plantiff located in California, have a “Judgment”/”Settlement”, and now it may,(I will not give any absolutes or case informaton, via email/Internet), however, the Attorney(s), have informed me of legal malpractice suit against prior counsel.
1. I would like to know why funding/advance funding companies such as your own, find it difficult to assist with an actual “Judgment”.
2. If possible, advanced funding for a legal malpractice suit and how expedient is the process?
I look forward to how expedient my questions are answered and/or acknowledged.
Thank you in advance,
Kimberly
