Richmond Car Accident

A car accident which occurred today in Richmond, Virginia caused a slight back up on Route 95N heading towards the city. When officers arrived at the scene of the accident the motorist was reported to have sustained serious injury and was rushed to a local hospital. The accident caused more than a 3 mile back-up before authorities could get the accident under control. The other motorist that was involved in the accident were checked out medically at the scene of the accident and was taken to a local hospital for observation.

Reports indicate it’s still unclear how the accident occurred but we do know the accident wasn’t a result of drugs or alcohol. One of the drivers is a resident of Richmond while the other driver is a resident of Alexandria, VA.

There is no further information about the accident at this time.
