A fatal snowmobile accident in upstate New York is currently under investigation. The accident occurred around 12:45 a.m.in Cherry Creek, NY. Ryan Anderson, of Cassadaga, was riding his snowmobile with two others, when he pulled away from the other riders.

According to reports, the two other riders came up to the scene of the crash. He allegedly hit a snow bank and crashed his vehicle. The two other riders immediately called 911 and EMS was dispatched to the scene. Mr. Anderson was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

The accident is still under investigation.
