Streamlining the Lawsuit Funding Process

LawLeaf continues to streamline the lawsuit funding process for clients and attorneys. The company recently released a section of its website called Document Request. Document Request outlines the type of documents requested in order to process an application for funding. The company offers two types of document request forms; plaintiff funding request and attorney financing request.

When applying for an advance against a pending lawsuit any company will require the attorney to submit the appropriate documentation outlining your case. This information is strictly used to assess your case by an underwriter. The underwriter will evaluate your case based upon the information provided through the documents. When the underwriter reviews these documents they will make a decision based upon the strength of the case if the client should receive a pre settlement or post settlement advance.

This section is currently being utilized by attorneys interested in referring their clients for a pre settlement or post settlement advance against a lawsuit. The attorney can easily print out the page, prepare the documentation and fax it or email it back to LawLeaf without having an initial conversation. At LawLeaf we value the time of our referring attorneys and we also want to make the process as smooth as possible without having several conversations before funding is approved. We believe by providing this section on the site it will save LawLeaf and the referring attorney time.

If you have questions regarding the documentation request, please contact LawLeaf today.
