Motor Vehicle Accident In Detoit Injures Two

A motor vehicle accident in Detoit Michigan injures two sending one of the motorist to a local downtown Detroit Hopital. Reports indicate a collision between an SUV and 4 door sedan this morning during rush hour traffic was a result of at least a 3 mile back-up coming into the city. Two vehicles collided on a ramp this morning sending one vehicle into spinning out of control before hitting the median. The crash accord around 8:00 AM and resulted in heavy delays both in and out of the city.

One of the passenger in the car was treated at the scene of the accident and reports indicate little to no injury. The passenger of the vehicle was reported to have been wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident. The driver of the sedan was also treated at the scene of the accident and was brought to a local hospital for further medical evaluation.

The driver of the SUV was not injured. There are no further reports at this time and the victims of the accident have yet to be identified. Local police say that alcohol was not the cause of the accident. The accident is still being investigated at this time.
