A two-car accident at the intersection of Ontario Street and South Roadway in Cleveland, OH seriously injured a driver of a Toyota Rav 4. The accident occurred around 3:15 when a driver of a Chevy Silverado collided into the Toyota Rav 4 at the intersection of Ontario and Roadway.

Wrongful Death Case in Ohio

According to a Coroner report, Sean Levert died in jail on March 30th due to a withdraw of Xanax, an anti-anxiety drug. Today the family of Mr. Levert was in Federal Court with attorney David Malik for a wrongful death lawsuit that was filed against Cuyahoga County, Ohio Sheriff’s Department. A motor vehicle crash occurred near the intersection of West 71st Street and Lorain Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio on Wednesday night.

In both cases the motorists were transported to a local hospital for preliminary observation.
