Upstate New York Car Accident I-86

Police & Emergency units responded to a call made by one of the motorist. Reports indicate a 4 car accident on I-86 this morning due to slippery and snowy roads. While the accident is still under investigation reports indicate the accident was directly related to icy roads. During the morning commute there were dozen of car reported sliding out of control and many have gone off the side of the road. Police have warned motorist to take their time this morning due to slippery conditions.

Officials have reported that none of the motorist where under the influence of Alcohol however the cause of the accident is still unclear. When emergency units showed up at the scene of the accident, reports indicate no one was seriously injured as a result.

The accident is still under investigation.

There was a special announcement released this morning that all motorist that are driving on I-86 and surrounding roads should use caution when driving this morning.
